You can also add a dollop of sour cream on top for added flavor. Cover and simmer for approximately 20 minutes (or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender and creamy). Stir until blended and add parsley and green onions. Mix thoroughly and heat through, then add chicken stock, rice, diced tomatoes, cream of chicken soup, creole seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. Not only do I love their selection brands and products (and I love their organic choices!), I appreciate that they frequently have money-saving specials on my favorite products. Safeway is one of my favorite grocery stores to shop at, for many reasons.
